Our 1/8th Beef is perfect if you are single or just want to test the waters of our grass-fed and finished, hormone free bulk beef. You will receive 50 pounds of packaged meat which will require about 1.75 cubic feet. It easily fits into a standard refrigerator/freezer.

These cuts are packed in user-friendly single cut or 1 lb packages.
Signature cuts include about:
- Premium Ground Beef:
- 18-24 lbs in convenient 1 lb packages 90/10 blend
- Savory Cuts:
- 3-4 Roasts;
- 2-3 packages of stew meat in convenient 1 lb packages;
- 2-4 Cross Cut Shanks
- One of the following 'odd cuts':
- Brisket OR Back Ribs
- 14-21 Day Dry Aged Steaks:
- 2 Sirloin Tips,
- 2 - 1 lb packs of Minute Steak,
- 2 Top Sirloins,
- 2-3 New York Strips,
- 2-3 Rib Eyes,
- 2 Filet Mignons,
- One of the following 'odd cuts':
- Skirt, Flank OR Tri-Tip.
**All prices include processing, dry-aging, and butchering fees. It also includes products being vacuum sealed into our heavy airtight freezer plastic that is built to last the test of time. We build in all the costs to give you 100% transparency and so there is no guesswork at the final cost.

Month 2- $183.16
Month 3- $183.16
Month 4- $183.16
(this final payment will be adjusted to reflect actual packaged weight of product. If your product is less than 50 pounds total this final invoice will be less than $183.16).
Once final payment is received your beef will ship out the following Monday or arrangements will be made to pick up at the Greeley Farmers Market.
