As a homeschooling family with John working full-time off the ranch, we understand the challenge of balancing packed schedules with wholesome meals. Our ranch has been in Alyssa’s family for nearly a century. When we started with just 10 cows and 50 ewes, we were driven by a commitment to doing things the right way. How does the freezer offer work?
When you place a deposit on a 1/2 or whole beef we order and ship a freezer directly to your house for FREE ($349 value)
How much does a 1/2 or whole beef cost?
👉 The final cost is based on packaged weight, which is the meat you take home, not the hanging weight.

½ Beef: Estimated $2,850 - $3,000 total (Approximately 200 lbs of packaged meat)

Whole Beef: Estimated $5,550 - $6,000 total (Approximately 400 lbs of packaged meat)
📍 We charge $14.33 per pound packaged weight for a half and $13.99 per pound packaged weight for a whole, which includes all processing, dry aging for two weeks, and vacuum packaging.
How much meat will I get?

A half beef will be 200 pounds of packaged meat.

A whole beef will be about 400 pounds of packaged meat.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer a monthly payment plan to make purchasing easier.

Pay an $800 deposit for a half and then make 3 monthly payments of $688.66 each.

$1500 deposit for a whole to reserve your beef and then, make 3 monthly payments of $1365.33 each.

Your beef is ready for delivery or shipping once the final payment is made!

Do you deliver or ship?
Yes! We deliver for free around Greeley, Fort Collins, and Cheyenne.
We also offer FREE shipping anywhere in the continental US ($497-$699 value!)
When will my beef be ready?
Processing dates are at the end of March and into April. After your beef ages for 2 weeks it is then packaged and we ship it out. It is usually 4-6 weeks after processing that you will receive your beef. If you are making monthly payments we will ship out once the last payment is made. We expect to begin shipping about mid-April.
