STEPS FOR BUYING YOUR MEAT IN BULK FROM US. 

There are many benefits to buying your meat in bulk. We know that buying in bulk may be different for families but we make it simple with Ledingham Livestock & Meat Co.

Whether you have a large family or are single, buying bulk is the way to go! Buying in bulk offers a great variety for meals, saves time by not hunting around the grocery store multiple times a week, guarantees unmatched flavor, and you know exactly where your meat comes from. If you are unfamiliar with some of the cuts, not to worry... we've got you covered with our own favorite recipes and preparation guide.

Our goal is for people to find connection around the dinner table enjoying wholesome, quality meat from our ranch to your home.

STEP  1

BEEF

Place about a 50% deposit on your choice of an Eighth (40-50 lbs), Quarter (90-100 lbs), Half (180-200 lbs) or a Whole Beef (360-400 lbs).

LAMB

Place about a 50% deposit on your choice of a half (15-18 lbs) or a whole ( 30-40 lbs)

Choose to pick it up at the Ranch in Colorado or have it SHIPPED FOR FREE! (insert happy dance!) We will notify you and keep you updated every step of the way!

We continue to raise your beef for you on the high plains of northern Colorado and keep you involved every step of the way by giving you updates on what stage of the process your beef is in. You will be notified at key milestones such as when the animals go in for processing, when the dry-aging is complete, when the packaging is complete and when your meat is shipped or ready for pick up. In the mean time we'll keep you updated on the latest happenings on the ranch with our weekly newsletter.

STEP  4

Our butchers dry-age your beef for 14-21 days which makes for amazing flavor and tenderness. Once packed, frozen, and delivered to our warehouse, you will receive an invoice for the balance due and schedule your pickup or confirm you will be home to receive it via shipping. You will receive your beef in October or November.
