Store immediately in your freezer upon delivery. For best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying within 12 months.

Thaw safely in the refrigerator. Move what you need to the fridge the night before or as part of your weekly meal plan. Thawed meat will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Never refreeze meat after it has thawed. Instead, cook and enjoy—or refrigerate leftovers for later meals.

For quicker thawing, you can submerge vacuum-sealed packages in cold water. Never thaw on the counter.
