    To ensure the best quality and safety of your beef, please follow these simple guidelines:

    • All meat is flash-frozen at peak freshness and vacuum-sealed to lock in flavor and preserve quality.

    • Store immediately in your freezer upon delivery. For best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying within 12 months.

    • Thaw safely in the refrigerator. Move what you need to the fridge the night before or as part of your weekly meal plan. Thawed meat will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days.

    • Never refreeze meat after it has thawed. Instead, cook and enjoy—or refrigerate leftovers for later meals.

    • For quicker thawing, you can submerge vacuum-sealed packages in cold water. Never thaw on the counter.

    Freezer Tip:
    Plan ahead by pulling out your meat for the week on Sunday. Let it thaw slowly in the fridge so it’s ready when you are—making dinner decisions easier and faster.
